Lanikai, meaning “heaven of the sea” in Hawaiian is a perfect name to describe this heavenly place. This beach home provides five bedrooms, four and half baths and a tower room. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms. The other two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin bunk beds, share a large hall bathroom.

The living areas, on the first floor, are spacious and comfortable with soft khaki and blue tones. There is an Old Florida cottage feel throughout the house and no detail was overlooked.

The interior was designed and appointed by a highly acclaimed local designer. The private pool wraps around the back of the house. There is a covered deck and sun deck around the pool with lounge chairs and tables. The line of palm trees behind the house offer plenty of privacy and guide you to the beach only a short 2-3 minutes No busy highways for kids to cross!
